MEDLIFE McGill is committed to improving lives abroad – but did you know we do our best to give back at home as well? Our local initiatives team is proud to be coordinating weekly volunteering at daycares and St. James Day Center, which offers various services for people in the Montreal area who are low income and/or experiencing houselessness. Depending on the season, we host events such as clothing drives, seasonal supply drives, blood drives, flower/food sale fundraisers, and card writing for senior citizens. In addition to these weekly and seasonal events, we have reoccurring sandwich runs. These include packaging food and hygiene products for those experiencing houselessness in our own neighborhood and local community. Please let us know if you would like to join our team!!
